Job summary

Environmental Diversified Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order picking and packing, and general maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires forklift certification or the ability to obtain it, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED. Preferred experience with WMS and MS Office; overtime may be required.

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager in planning, organizing, and directing operations.
• Serve as Warehouse Manager in their absence.
• Ability to effectively communicate with supplier partners.
• Activities comply with EDS safety policies, OSHA regulations, and requirements.
• Daily warehouse housekeeping, and other areas assigned.
• Equipment Management (with specific WM guidance).
• Fleet Management (with specific WM guidance).
• Inventory.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager or others as appropriate.
