Job summary

Balchem Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant in Utah to support the Warehouse Manager with production, inventory, and receptionist/office duties. This role is based on site at our Utah facility.

You will assemble batch production records, enter inventory data, assist with month-end reconciliation, coordinate outbound shipments, maintain safety data sheets, and help update SOPs and training materials in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business related field, or 3 years production inventory & Microsoft Office experience.
• Lean or Six Sigma training is a plus.
• Microsoft Office experience required; Inventory Management Software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble batch production records, print labels and review for accuracy before releasing to production floor.
• Enter inventory data into the computer using purchase orders, receiving records and production sheets.
• Assist with end-of-month inventory, check raw materials and finished products, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate outbound shipments of product and notify for special packaging or relabeling needs.
