Job summary

Balchem Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Operator to handle receiving, shipping, inventory control, and Master Sanitation cleaning. You will follow QC/QA and GMP standards, reporting to the Warehouse Shift Leader for direction and accountability.

The role requires basic computer literacy, willingness to learn Balchem processes, and the ability to work 8-hour shifts from 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, at the Albert Lea facility. Balchem offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be computer literate with experience in warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift following safety procedures.
• Inventory control in D365; ensure accurate documentation and time cards.
• Keep work area clean and adhere to sanitation schedules.
• Monitor product quality and report deviations to Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to Balchem policies.
