Job summary

Balchem Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Operator to receive shipments, ship orders, and manage inventory in a fast-paced facility. You will adhere to QC/QA and GMP standards while maintaining Balchem’s quality and safety practices.

The role emphasizes forklift operation, accurate data entry in the D365 system, and strict adherence to safety procedures. Regular shifts with competitive hourly pay and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 6–12 months related experience or training.
• Computer literacy; experience with warehouse inventory systems (MRP/ERP).
• Strong motivation, organization, time management, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift per safety guidelines and procedures.
• Inventory control in D365; ensure time cards and paperwork are accurate.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and complete Master Sanitation Schedule as needed.
• Observe safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Monitor product quality and report deviations to Supervisor.
• Adhere to Balchem policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
