Job summary

The role partners with Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to optimize material flow, boost inventory accuracy, and implement scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in warehouse operations, materials management, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, inventory control, material management, and kitting operations across multiple shifts.
• Develop, coach, and mentor team members with a focus on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee receiving, inventory movement, material replenishment, and shipping to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance for efficient material flow.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service levels.
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, and material flow for future growth.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, and company quality standards.
