Job summary

Sharp Services in Bethlehem, NY, is hiring for a Supervisor- Incoming & Inventory Operations to lead warehouse activities, ensure GMP compliance, and manage inventory across receipts, returns, and destruction. You will train staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with the Logistics Manager and other departments to optimize processes.

The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication and ERP experience, with emphasis on SAP/JD Edwards and Excel.

Qualifications

• Possess ability to lead and train staff on SOPs and GMPs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations from receiving to inventory control.
• Train staff on SOPs, GMPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor KPI s, track receipts, returns, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Logistics Manager and other departments.
• Ensure documentation and batch tracking for DEA and GMP compliance.
