Job summary

Automated Dairy is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist in Idaho to manage daily purchasing, maintain inventory accuracy, and resolve issues across the warehouse, customers, and software systems.

Responsibilities include confirming orders, inputting location order points, auditing stock, and coordinating with vendors for pricing and delivery timelines. This role requires strong Excel skills, 2–3 years inventory experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively to complete documents and answer vendor questions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Excellent organizational skills and sense of urgency in a busy warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and show reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily purchasing activities and inventory control to maintain accuracy.
• Confirm orders, pricing, and ship dates; input order points for locations.
• Oversee inventory, count incoming/outgoing products, and conduct inventory audits.
• Coordinate with satellite locations to transfer, receive, and bill products using inventory software.
• Interface with vendors to address pricing, back orders, and delivery timelines.
