Thisiscny is seeking a Warehouse Operator to perform palletizing, inventory control, labeling, and shipping preparation for dairy-related production. The role supports multiple shifts, uses handheld scanners and an Inventory Management System, and requires adherence to GMPs and safety protocols.

The position emphasizes accurate material handling, loading of finished goods, and collaboration across production, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure quality and timely dispatch.

Qualifications

• GED or HS diploma preferred.
• Prior PIT experience preferred.
• Read/write English to perform job functions.
• Knowledge of GMP/SOPs and safety rules.
• Ability to operate facility equipment safely.
• Must complete all company training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals in production, safety, quality, performance, and cost.
• Notify supervision and maintenance of malfunctions to increase productivity.
• Comply with GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
• Operate palletizing equipment and support line movement.
• Use Inventory Management System and scanners for tracking.
• Load finished goods onto outbound trailers after safety checks.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety compliance.
• Communicate effectively across shifts and departments.
