Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and purchase orders.
• Ability to write brief letters and communicate clearly with colleagues and suppliers.
• Proficient in MS Office; basic Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint.
• Able to analyze data and apply basic problem-solving tools.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory and pick lists.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and transact in ERP.
• Receive and stock inventory in proper locations.
• Kit and stage products for projects.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and maintain stock levels.
• Prepare shipping documents and load shipments.
• Move freight using pallet jack or forklift as needed.
• Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement.
