Job summary

Eppendorf in Enfield, CT is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound processes. You will compare packing slips with bills of lading and orders, enter records into SAP WMS after training, and help ensure inventory accuracy across stock, returns and barcodes.

Responsibilities include preparing outbound shipments, labeling, moving bundles with forklifts, and verifying orders meet specifications to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1+ year of related warehouse, shipping/receiving or material‑handling experience.
• Confirmed work Authorization
• Cleared background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Support inbound processing by comparing packing slips with bills of lading, invoices, and orders.
• Enter records in SAP WMS after training and create production bundles, including inventory transactions and label creation.
• Maintain inventory integrity by identifying discrepancies, processing returns, inspecting materials against finished‑goods standards, and barcode labeling stock.
• Operate lift trucks, pallet jacks and hand trucks to load/unload and move products between warehouse, shipping/receiving and storage areas.
• Prepare outbound shipments by examining stock, packaging products, labeling, and sorting parcels by destination.
• Ensure orders leave correctly by verifying product, quantities and addresses meet specifications and documenting issues for follow‑up
