Job summary

Eppendorf Holding, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to support inbound processing, ensure inventory integrity, and prepare outbound shipments.

The role involves using SAP WMS after training and operating material-handling equipment to move products between warehouse zones. You will verify orders meet specifications and help ensure accurate, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related warehouse, shipping/receiving or material‑handling experience.
• Confimed work Authorization
• Cleared background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Support inbound processing by comparing packing slips with bills of lading, invoices and orders and maintain files on purchase orders and packing slips.
• Use SAP WMS (after training) and related systems to enter records and perform receipts, creating production bundles, including inventory transactions, label creation, assembly and moving finished bundles into stock.
• Ensure inventory integrity by identifying product or inventory discrepancies, processing returns, inspecting materials against finished‑goods standards and correctly barcode‑labeling all products going into stock.
• Operate lift trucks, pallet jacks and hand trucks safely to load/unload trucks and move products between warehouse, shipping/receiving and storage areas.
• Prepare outbound shipments by examining stock, packaging products with appropriate materials and skids, affixing accurate shipping labels and sorting parcels by destination (including dealer orders for weekly pick‑up).
• Help ensure orders leave right the first time by checking that product, quantities and addresses meet specifications and documenting any issues for follow‑up.
