Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ERP database software is required.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the outflow and inflow of inventory, plus storage activities.
• Track and analyze inventory, conduct counts and verify lots.
• Ensure FIFO compliance between warehouse and production teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports.
• Communicate across planning, procurement, production and warehouse.
• Operate RF scanners and ERP system; support shipments.
• Assist with training and certification on warehouse equipment.
• Follow safety, GMP and related company policies.
