Job summary

Ya Ya Foods USA LLC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator - Night Shift in Ogden, UT. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with ERP database software.
• 3-5 years of forklift experience.
• 1+ years of lead experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and move objects.
• Ability to work in cold and hot environments (38F-80F).
• Stand or sit for prolonged periods (8-12 hours).
• Strong organization, time management and prioritization.
• Good interpersonal communication with all levels of management.
• Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Step into any warehouse position and be certified to use all equipment.
• Train and certify team members on material-moving equipment.
• Communicate within the department and maintain orderly planning and procurement.
• Prepare shipping reports for supervisor/manager.
• Keep warehouse organized and ensure proper storage locations.
• Provide customer service and ensure positive interactions with external parties.
• Verify incoming shipments against invoices and condition.
• Collaborate with shipping/receiving clerks to ensure proper paperwork.
• Schedule shipments with partner trucking companies.
• Support the warehouse supervisor in their absence.
• Promote safety and comply with health, safety, GMP, and food safety rules.
• Adhere to environmental, occupational, and company policies.
