You will handle stock, operate forklifts and hand tools, maintain neat work areas, and participate in training to develop skills aligned with company projects and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years Warehouse experience.
• Willingness to work a 24/7/365 schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid state driver's license may be required for remote warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a computerized database tracking equipment status and distribution.
• Plan and perform equipment reconditioning to meet product demands.
• Maintain and report on equipment suitability for customer installations.
• Respond to stock inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
• Support customer relations and liaise with order-processing staff.
• Monitor activities and provide management information.
• Conduct inventory research and replenishment for satellite locations.
• Safely unload and stock warehouse inventory using forklifts and hand tools.
• Keep work areas organized and clean; participate in training.
