Job summary

Hotwire Communications, LTD is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Miami, FL to manage warehouse and clerical duties. You will maintain inventory controls, recondition equipment, and support customer installations with accurate stock. This role requires flexibility to cover a 24/7 schedule, a high school diploma (associate’s preferred), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two years of warehouse work experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred but not required
• Flexibility to work a 24/7/365 schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid state driver's license for remote warehouse assignments

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a computerized database tracking equipment status, reconditioning and disbursement
• Plan and carry out direct equipment reconditioning to meet product demands
• Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct customer installations
• Respond to stock inquiries by e-mail, telephone, and in-person visits
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers through liaison with internal order-processing staff
• Monitor activities and provide relevant management information
• Carry out inventory research and replenishment for satellite locations
• Safely unpack and evaluate incoming product for correct count and condition
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, dollies, box cutters and other tools to unload trucks and stock the warehouse
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas
• Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
