Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. 2-4 years general warehouse experience in a fast paced environment.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Certificates and Licenses: None Required

Responsibilities

• Validate inventory against driver manifests and transfers.
• Answer and troubleshoot calls on the 1799 line.
• Assist stores, customer service, and DRT with transfer questions and order activity.
• Research inventory discrepancies and coordinate with Inventory Control to resolve issues.
• Notify pickers and send picks to replace missing or damaged items.
• Operate RF equipment and maintain OSHA-compliant, safe work area.
