Living Spaces is hiring a Warehouse Specialist in Rialto, CA. The role supports supervisors by handling emails, inventory checks, daily reports, and item replacement tasks to ensure accurate transfers and order fulfillment.

You will troubleshoot inventory issues, coordinate with Inventory Control, and assist with dock operations while maintaining safety and productivity standards across the outbound department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2–4 years general warehouse experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

• Walk doors to validate inventory and match drivers manifest
• Answer and troubleshoot calls on the 1799 line
• Assist stores and teams with transfer questions and order locking/unlocking
• Research inventory discrepancies and coordinate resolutions
• Notify picks for missing or damaged items and push to end caps
• Operate radio frequency equipment and comply with OSHA standards
