Job summary

Living Spaces in California is seeking a Warehouse Associate 1 to support inbound and outbound operations. You will unload trailers, organize stock, and label outgoing items while ensuring orders are correct and ready for delivery.

The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, use of RF scanners, and the ability to work weekends or holidays. A high school diploma or GED and warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1-2 years' experience in a fast paced warehouse environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Not required: certificates or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers by hand.
• Move furniture with dollies and pallet jacks.
• Ensure outbound picked furniture matches invoice before loading into contractor’s vehicle for delivery.
• Ensure outbound furniture does not have any damages or flaws.
• Prepare customers’ orders; monitor and ensure outbound furniture is properly assembled.
• Use proper lifting techniques: lift, push, stooping twisting, bending.
• RF scanners used to scan labels to ensure correct destination.
• Consistently lift/move products up to 100 lbs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Meet company standards for productivity.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Work in a warehouse environment with climate changes.
