IndiMade Brands in Ohio seeks a Cycle Counter to perform regular inventory counts and verify accuracy in the distribution warehouse. You will help identify discrepancies, support stock integrity for fulfillment, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include using RF scanners and a WMS to record counts, maintaining organized inventory, and supporting annual inventories. The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and prior inventory experience.

Position Summary

The Cycle Counter is responsible for performing scheduled and ad hoc physical inventory counts to verify inventory accuracy in the distribution warehouse. This role identifies and helps resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, supporting accurate stock levels for fulfillment and production operations.

Requirements

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of warehouse, inventory, or distribution center experience
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use handheld RF scanners and basic computer systems
• Prior cycle counting or inventory control experience
• Experience with a WMS (e.g., NetSuite, Shiphawk, or similar)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Bend, squat, climb, and perform repetitive motions as needed.
• Push or pull carts and materials up to 500 lbs.
• Tolerance for working around fragrances, oils, or natural ingredients

Basic Schedule

• Monday through Friday 7:30am until 4:00pm; overtime as needed
