Job summary

Qualifications

• High School General Education or equivalent work experience.
• Post-secondary education, completion of some college-level coursework a plus.
• Prior experience in similar administrative support position highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and support daily warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with record-keeping.
• Provide administrative support and phone reception at the main line.
• Dispatch work to loaders and manage gates for drivers.
• Communicate with Transportation, Distribution, Customer Service, and customers to meet delivery and service expectations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and workplace standards are followed.
