Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring an Inventory Coordinator to manage warehouse inventory control and maintain accurate records across finished goods and raw materials. The role involves physical counts, discrepancy investigation, and ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly requirements are met with clear communication to leadership.

You will reconcile SAP inventory, perform daily cycle counts, and work with warehouse teams to prevent disruptions to production and customer fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years warehouse and/or inventory experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse processes and systems (SAP).
• Analytical skills and ability to count.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP, the inventory database, compared to the finished goods inventory that is physically counted.
• Conduct daily cycle counts to research and correct variances.
• Count and research and correct any variances in inventory.
• Teamwork to ensure all finished goods are completed in a timely manner without disrupting production operations or product supply to Sales Centers and customers.
• Performs other tasks as determined and assigned by Warehouse Management including Pallet Building when required.
