Job summary

Prospiant in Dallas, TX is seeking an on-site Operations Clerk to support inventory, receiving, and warehouse activities. You will perform cycle counts, data input, reconciliation, and coordinate investigations to maintain inventory integrity in PRMS/SAP.

The role requires forklift experience (3 years) and at least 1 year in transportation, shipping/receiving, or warehousing, plus proficiency with MS Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• 3 years of forklift experience.
• 1+ years of transportation or shipping/receiving/warehousing experience.
• High school diploma or higher; or a combination of relevant education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Generates cycle counts, data input, reconciliation, and coordinates investigations regarding discrepancies.
• Performs item maintenance changes in PRMS / SAP.
• Performs daily audits and system updates for inventory integrity.
• Handles receiving tasks for all products.
• Reads & routes correspondence related to operations and distribution.
• Communicates via routine correspondence and maintains data systems using Excel, Word, Outlook, and PRMS / SAP.
• Follows safety requirements, uses PPE, and attends safety training.
• Participates in process improvement, housekeeping, and 5S within the facility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
