Job summary

Amphenol CIT in St. Augustine, FL, is seeking an inventory coordinator to support the production floor by supplying raw materials and maintaining accurate SAP records. You will use SAP and RF transactions to track inventory and perform put-aways after receipt and quality inspection.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, ensuring counts match SAP quantities, and maintaining organized storage, with emphasis on FIFO, lot control, and a strong focus on safety and 5S practices on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Daily tasks include supplying production floor with raw materials.
• Verify inventory accuracy and maintain SAP records.
• Perform material put-aways after receipt and quality inspection.

Responsibilities

• Using SAP for essential job functions.
• Fully functional as either a bulk wire, sensor, or assembly coordinator.
• Performs cycle counts with high accuracy.
• Ensuring physical counts match SAP quantities.
• Verifies incoming paperwork for lot traceability and overall accuracy.
• Performs raw material returns through SAP and physically able to put material away.
• Ensure inventory storage areas labeled and organized.
• Examine work orders requirements to determine required parts and materials.
• High degree of accuracy pulling correct material, counting parts, measuring / cutting material.
• Utilization of FIFO and maintaining lot control.
• Ensure company standard work practices and procedures are followed.
• Maintain orderly, clean, and safe work area and actively promotes 5S practices.
• Must be a good problem solver.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
• Reports any problems or difficulties to the supervisor and obeys safety rules.
• Other duties may be assigned.
