Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Technical preferred; APICS or ISM/Supply Chain cert required or willingness to complete within two years.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in professional Materials positions; cable and electronic component planning + purchasing exp desired.
• Strong management and team-building skills; supervisory experience required.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement supply chain processes across sites.
• Support standardization of SAP planning and scheduling across sites.
• Ensure ERP/SAP processes and metrics are effectively implemented.
• Assist in Sales and Operations Planning process implementation.
• Lead Inventory optimization and reduction initiatives across AMCIT facilities.
• Travel up to 30% as needed.
