Job summary

Service Minds is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to own day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, and material organization for the Orlando branch. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM–3:30 PM shift and a pay range of $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will ensure HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical technicians have the right parts when needed, maintain accurate records, and support technicians and branch

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory control, receiving, logistics, or similar experience.
• Experience managing and tracking inventory.
• Experience receiving and verifying incoming materials.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials, equipment, and deliveries.
• Confirm quantities and materials against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Accurately record inventory transactions within ServiceTitan.
• Organize and stock incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare outgoing materials, transfers, returns, and shipments.
• Ensure inventory is properly labeled, stored, and documented.
