Job summary

Carroll Water in Cockeysville, MD is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory, purchasing, receiving, and distribution of materials.

This role supports Service, Installation, Well Drilling, and Pump teams by ensuring technicians have parts and supplies needed to complete work safely and efficiently. A strong candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate with vendors and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while also working as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain warehouse, yard, and storage-area inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are adequately stocked.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate movement, storage, and distribution of materials in the facility.
• Ensure warehouse and yard are safe, clean, and organized.
• Stage materials for upcoming jobs and assist with loading/unloading.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Order materials from approved vendors and monitor lead times.
