Job summary

PharMerica, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Warehouse Coordinator at our Ohio site to support packing and preparing equipment, assist with loading/unloading, and manage inventory for patient deliveries. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with a pharmacist for home medical equipment orders.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, preferred.
• Preferred experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management.
• Certified pharmacy technician licenses, if required by State Board of Pharmacy.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards, if driving is required per branch needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.

Responsibilities

• Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution
• Fills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients
• Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase order forms and packaging slips are completed accurately
• Coordinates home medical equipment orders with the assistance of a pharmacist.
• Coordinates patient deliveries.
• Stocks, stores and rotates warehouse equipment and supplies
• completes and maintains product lot numbers, expiration dates and batch records.
• Monitors drug supply and pump inventory and levels
• Maintains a clean and orderly production space
• Perform other related duties as directed
