Job summary

Keefe Group, LLC is seeking operations team members for a warehouse and distribution environment. This first shift, full-time role runs Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Overtime may be required, and DailyPay is available. The position is onsite with cross-training across distribution departments and potential for specialization. You will handle order releases with the WMS, coordinate with supervisors and shipping, monitor inventory, and ensure timely processing of customer

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and order processing functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Release and manage customer order batches through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate with Supervisors, Leads, and Shipping personnel to ensure orders are processed and shipped timely.
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability to support daily planning and fulfillment.
• Review and adjust order batches based on inventory constraints and priorities.
• Maintain accurate data entry and system records; communicate across departments to meet daily goals.
