Job summary

PharMerica, a national pharmacy solutions provider, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Ohio to support packing and preparation of equipment and supplies for patient distribution.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, stocking, and inventory control within the warehouse, and acting as a backup driver when needed. This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and health benefits after onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management preferred.
• Pharmacy technician license may be required by state board.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record if driving is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution.
• Fills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients.
• Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase order forms and packaging slips are completed accurately.
• Coordinates home medical equipment orders with the assistance of a pharmacist.
• Coordinates patient deliveries.
• Stocks, stores and rotates warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Completes and maintains product lot numbers, expiration dates and batch records.
• Monitors drug supply and pump inventory and levels.
• Maintains a clean and orderly production space.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
