Sonoran Plumbing Supply Company, LLC is hiring a full-time Plumbing Sales Associate - Plumbing Technician to bring real-world plumbing knowledge to a dynamic customer-facing sales role. You’ll guide professionals with confidence, recommend products that make sense, and keep the heartbeat of our counter sales operation moving.

You will organize displays, spot best-selling brands, and translate plumbing challenges into smart product recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Previous sales experience.
• Experience with team leadership and personnel management.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Ability to work independently or under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Organize product displays and ensure every fitting and fixture is in its proper place.

• Coordinate will-call orders and handle returns to ensure smooth transactions.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who meets these requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2+ years of related experience
• Previous sales experience
• Experience with team leadership and personnel management
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Cross-functional agility, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply
• Ability to facilitate collaboration
• Ability to perform work independently and under direct supervision
• Ability and drive to assist team members

Preferred qualifications:

• Plumbing retail/wholesale experience is preferred
• A bachelor's degree is preferred
• Experience using an inventory management system (QuickBooks, Eclipse, Savance, etc)
• Experience with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand dolly, etc)
