Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring for a Warehouse Associate responsible for inventory adjustments, repicks, and transfers to maintain accuracy across the distribution center. You will perform audits, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations while following safety and quality procedures.

The role requires familiarity with warehouse systems, RF devices, and voice-picking equipment, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory research and reconciliation processes.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.
• Desired: Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory adjustment processes.
• Experience operating warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or voice-picking equipment.
• Experience working within productivity, quality, or performance-driven environments.
• Proficiency in one or more additional languages.

Responsibilities

• Perform order adjustments and repicks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor, research, and resolve allocation and inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct daily audits of outbound/inbound materials and warehouse inventory.
• Perform cycle counts, verification audits, and monthly critical supply inventories.
• Process and reconcile stray parts and relabel/changeover projects.
• Maintain accurate slotting data and safety for product weight placement.
• Communicate discrepancies and receiving problems to leadership.
• Assist with repairs and replacement of RF units and equipment.
• Support inventory accuracy and departmental performance metrics.
