Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to maintain inventory accuracy across the distribution center. You will perform adjustments, transfers, and reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies using the WMS and RF devices.

You will conduct routine audits, cycle counts, and stock recalls, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. The role emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including but not limited to safely lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory research and reconciliation processes.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.
• Desired: Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory adjustment processes.
• Experience operating warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or voice-picking equipment.
• Experience working within productivity, quality, or performance-driven environments.
• Proficiency in one or more additional languages.

Responsibilities

• Perform order adjustments, repicks, inventory transfers, and adjustments to maintain accuracy.
• Conduct daily audits and research discrepancies within the WMS and Problem Resolution (Orders) programs.
• Carry out cycle counts and inventory verification audits.
• Process and reconcile stray parts and relabel/changeover projects.
• Assist with safety and operational procedures across the distribution center.
