Job Details
- Enter data for quantities of various items in warehouse issued and transferred between locations, inventory, and cycle count adjustments into computer database.
- Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with supervisors and management.
- Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify appropriate personnel when material has expired.
- Prepare monthly reports for cycle count and pick-lists count for monthly highlights.
- Prepare and participate in yearly physical inventories.

What We Are Looking For
Education
- High School Degree preferred
Experience
- Forklift training and experience
- Checking and Loading experience
- Previous inventory experience preferred
- Able to analyze information to identify potential problems or discrepancies
- Ability to handle confidential information and records properly
- PC and Computer applications (MS Excel, Word, etc.)
Additional Abilities
- Bend and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Lift up to 70 lbs. with assistance occasionally
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Handle objects, tools, or controls with hands
- Speak and hear for safety and productivity
- Use scanners, tablets, radio, phones, and other machinery
- Lift overhead
- Work overtime as required
- Drive a registered motor vehicle
- Have acceptable/correctable vision
- Work in temperatures of +50 to -30 degrees F with moderate noise
- High level of personal interaction and communication
- Good arithmetic and reading skills
- Follow verbal and written instructions and company policies
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Manage stress and productivity in a fast-paced environment
