Job Details
  • Enter data for quantities of various items in warehouse issued and transferred between locations, inventory, and cycle count adjustments into computer database.
  • Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with supervisors and management.
  • Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify appropriate personnel when material has expired.
  • Prepare monthly reports for cycle count and pick-lists count for monthly highlights.
  • Prepare and participate in yearly physical inventories.

What We Are Looking For
Education
  • High School Degree preferred
Experience
  • Forklift training and experience
  • Checking and Loading experience
  • Previous inventory experience preferred
  • Able to analyze information to identify potential problems or discrepancies
  • Ability to handle confidential information and records properly
  • PC and Computer applications (MS Excel, Word, etc.)
Additional Abilities
  • Bend and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Lift up to 70 lbs. with assistance occasionally
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Handle objects, tools, or controls with hands
  • Speak and hear for safety and productivity
  • Use scanners, tablets, radio, phones, and other machinery
  • Lift overhead
  • Work overtime as required
  • Drive a registered motor vehicle
  • Have acceptable/correctable vision
  • Work in temperatures of +50 to -30 degrees F with moderate noise
  • High level of personal interaction and communication
  • Good arithmetic and reading skills
  • Follow verbal and written instructions and company policies
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Manage stress and productivity in a fast-paced environment
