Job summary

Green Thumb in New Jersey is seeking a warehouse associate to manage production prints, pallets, and inventory verification for cannabis products. You will log receipts, perform cycle counts, and support shifts with material handling and transfers to production areas.

The role requires accuracy, reliability, and basic math skills; forklift experience is a plus. Expect routine, physical work with compliance to GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized inventory and receiving systems preferred.
• Accuracy in matching orders to stock and items.
• Good communication, organization, time management, and math skills.
• Dependable and reliable with strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a cannabis environment.

Responsibilities

• Print production schedules and ensure each line has work orders.
• Print finished goods specifications and pallet tickets.
• Log inventory movements in the system and perform cycle counts.
• Verify weights and tare values; ensure 2% tolerance on blends.
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and transfers to production areas.
• Operate forklift to support department needs and maintain GMP.
• Close out work orders and follow negative issue procedures.
