Job summary

Greenthumbindustries in Warwick, RI is seeking a Warehouse Technician to manage intake, shipping, and inventory within our regulated cannabis facility. This role emphasizes accurate records, safety, and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.

You will operate a range of material handling equipment, train new hires on SOPs, and ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, and state requirements while maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong time-management, organization and communication skills.
• Able to work well in teams and individually.
• Pallet jack and forklift experience preferred.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Inventory, data entry and basic computer skills preferred.
• Cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, store and deliver materials; track using Dynamics and other software.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts and shipments; flag issues.
• Pull supplies from inventory and prepare for production.
• Maintain weekly inventory reconciliation.
• Keep receiving/shipping areas neat and orderly; perform cycle counts.
• Verify packing lists against POs; submit receipts for payment approval.
• Prepare items for shipment; follow company standards.
• Train new hires on SOPs and responsibilities; operate equipment safely.
