Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations, Client Services, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory readiness.
• Support client satisfaction by identifying inventory needs and ensuring timely service delivery.

Job Description

The Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking client and rental assets, and ensuring inventory integrity across warehouse operations. This role supports inventory management, auditing, reporting, and cross-functional communication to ensure materials are properly documented, stored, and available for client and operational needs. The Inventory Control Specialist also contributes to continuous process improvement, inventory accuracy, and exceptional customer service.

General Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory record for client-owned and rental assets within inventory management systems.
• Conduct inventory audits, reconciliations, and physical counts to ensure inventory accuracy, traceability, and loss prevention.
• Document and track inbound and outbound inventory, including trade show shipments, returns, and warehouse stock movements.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, and variances, and communicate findings to management.
• Maintain product catalogs and inventory databases, ensuring records remain current and complete.
• Partner with Operations, Client Services, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory readiness and accurate documentation prior to shipping.
• Support client satisfaction by proactively identifying inventory needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring timely service delivery.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Requirements

• High School Diploma/Associates Degree
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or related operational experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
• Experience maintaining inventory records and performing audits, reconciliations, and cycle counts.
• Ability to analyze inventory data and identify discrepancies or process improvement opportunities
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and learning new software systems.
