Qualifications

• 2–3 years inventory control or related experience.
• Experience with audits, reconciliations, and cycle counts.
• Ability to analyze inventory data and identify discrepancies.
• Proficient with computers and learning new software.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for client-owned and rental assets.
• Conduct audits, reconciliations, and physical counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Document inbound and outbound inventory, including shipments and warehouse stock movements.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, and variances, and communicate findings to management.
• Maintain product catalogs and inventory databases, ensuring records remain current and complete.
• Coordinate with Operations, Client Services, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory readiness.
• Support client satisfaction by identifying inventory needs and ensuring timely service delivery.
• Follow all company safety policies and workplace standards.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
