Job summary

WAC Group in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain inventory integrity and support daily product flow across our distribution operation.

You will perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and participate in receiving, put-away, replenishment, and audits using SAP. Must have 3 years warehouse experience, RF scanner and forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Day shift, overtime possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of warehouse, inventory control, or distribution experience.
• Experience using an RF scanner.
• Forklift and similar warehouse equipment experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as a team member.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to shoulder height.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming air shipments and container deliveries with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain the security, integrity, and accuracy of physical inventory.
• Execute daily cycle counts using SAP and inventory control processes.
• Participate in inventory audits and physical inventory counts.
• Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, and inventory movement activities.
• Assist the Shipping team with picking and packing operations as needed.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
