Job summary

WAC Group seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain inventory integrity and support daily product flow across our distribution operation. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include receiving air shipments, resolving discrepancies, and performing cycle counts using SAP, while supporting receiving and shipping activities as needed. A High School Diploma and 3 years in warehouse/inventory roles are preferred.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 years of warehouse, inventory control, or distribution experience.
  • Experience using an RF scanner.
  • Forklift and similar warehouse equipment experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing as a team member.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming air shipments and container deliveries with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain the security, integrity, and accuracy of physical inventory.
  • Execute daily cycle counts using SAP and inventory control processes.
  • Participate in inventory audits and physical inventory counts.
  • Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, and inventory movement activities.
  • Assist the Shipping team with picking and packing operations as needed.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
