Job summary

WAC Group is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in Lithia Springs, GA to support fast-paced operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. You will pack, pick, and process orders, follow special shipping instructions, and prepare outgoing shipments while maintaining inventory controls.

Ideal candidates have RF scanner experience, basic computer skills, and a strong sense of organization and teamwork.

You'll partner closely with Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Logistics, and Management teams to help ensure products are received, stored, tracked, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate who thrives in a hands-on environment and is committed to operational excellence. The ideal candidate is career focused, takes ownership of their work, values teamwork, and understands the importance of accuracy in maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using an RF Scanner at work.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Ability and willingness to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time throughout the work day.
• Forklift, Cherry Picker, and/or Power Jack experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Pack, pick, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow special shipping instructions and ensure orders are prepared correctly.
• Palletize, wrap, and prepare outgoing shipments according to established procedures.
• Trace shipments and assist with delivery-related inquiries when necessary.
• Ensure all daily orders are processed and shipped on schedule.

Receiving & Inventory Management

• Prepare the warehouse for incoming air and ocean shipments.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and other documentation.
• Restock primary picking locations to maintain inventory availability.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with year-end physical inventory activities.
