Job summary

Enerflex Ltd is seeking a Parts Warehouse specialist to ensure accurate movement of goods and maintain electronic inventory records. You will handle requisitions, shipping, and invoicing while using SAP to manage materials and cycle counts.

The role requires forklift certification, safety compliance, and collaboration with sales, purchasing, and branch teams. The position emphasizes professional customer service, accurate inventory control, and efficient handling of domestic and international

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2-4+ years' related work experience.
• Oil and gas industry experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar engine and Ariel compressor, Waukesha and related spare parts preferred.
• Must have a great understanding of the invoicing/billing process (if applicable).
• Must be capable of lifting (up to 50 lbs.), push/pull (up to 70 lbs.) and operating light equipment within a warehouse environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification and properly use/operate lift trucks and general equipment used in a warehouse.
• Capable of effective communication with various levels of personnel.
• Possess math aptitude necessary to do inventory calculations.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company in a professional manner while providing outstanding customer service.
• Drives company vehicle, operates hydraulic lift and forklift to transport stored items.
• Processes requisitions, work orders and shipping orders and issues material to end users.
• Maintains inventory accuracy by issuing inventory to all order types in a timely manner.
• Uses SAP to enter records and ensures proper packing for domestic and international shipments.
• Participates in cycle counting and inventory variance resolution.
• Sources and purchases required parts/services following company policies.
