Job summary

UCLA is seeking a detail-oriented Stores Worker for its Materiel Management department. You will support warehousing, inventory, and distribution to ensure projects, maintenance, and operations run smoothly across campus.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid CA Class C license, proficiency with MS Office and Maximo, and the ability to follow instructions, work varied shifts, and maintain accurate records. Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess, upon hire, a valid CA noncommercial Class C License.
• Ability to perform basic electronic tasks (email, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with Maximo and inventory techniques preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow instructions.
• Ability to work varying shifts and respond to changing priorities.
