Job summary

UCLA Health seeks a warehouse associate to receive, stock, pick/pack, and deliver medical supplies to UCLA Health hospital and clinics. You will use the MM system, process orders, and ensure goods are in excellent condition.

Duties include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, driving delivery vehicles, and maintaining inventory control. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and adherence to infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license and meet local driving requirements.
• Ability to push/pull up to 100 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with heavy-duty carts, dollies, cargo vans, and forklifts.
• Ability to operate a University vehicle for off-site deliveries.
• Strong communication skills and customer-service focus.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Adherence to infection-control regulations and safety policies.
• English language proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Willingness to attend required safety and body mechanics trainings.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, stocking, pick/pack, and delivery of medical supplies.
• Process and load orders in the Materials Management system.
• Prepare and package orders; place in delivery area for dispatch.
• Operate warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles as needed.
• Deliver supplies on schedule; coordinate timely deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle condition with routine preventive maintenance.
• Enforce inventory controls and report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and organized workstations.
