Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized facilities handling a variety of products with equipment such as cherry pickers and forklifts. Training is provided, and there is emphasis on team collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships across all levels.
• Manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Read and recognize location, date and product codes; work independently or in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication; flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as needed.
• Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and hourly staff on inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience
• Ability to
• Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments

• Work independently and as a member of a team

• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) (beginner level)
