Ryder System, Inc. is hiring for Warehouse Problem Solver/Inventory Clerks in Greencastle, PA. These roles support a safe, organized facility with weekly pay. Shift is BHN, Wed-Sat 6:00 PM–4:30 AM, with base pay of $22.00/hr plus $1.50/hr for BHN shift.

Positions are temporary to full time. Training, safety gear, and team-oriented leadership are provided to help you grow in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklift equipment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• Ability to read location, date and product codes.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.

• Schedule : BHN Shift - Wednesday - Saturday 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent perferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
• Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
• Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow up practices

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
• Performs other duties as assigned.
