Job summary

IQ Resource Group is seeking a 1st shift warehouse/installation worker in Burnsville, MN, to join our operations team. You will handle warehousing, deliveries, and on-site installation tasks with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities include receiving and storing materials, picking and staging orders, loading shipments, and collaborating to ensure timely deliveries. You will also assist with shelving and appliance installations while maintaining safety and customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse/Installation experience is highly preferred.
• Attendance is highly important.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Self-starter and motivated.
• Fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse: accurately receive inbound materials, maintain inventory, pick and stage orders, load outbound shipments.
• Delivery: collaborate with team to deliver the right product on time and provide strong customer service.
• Installation: support shelving and appliance installation projects and be accountable on all tasks.

Location: Burnsville, MN

Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Overview: This position is responsible for warehousing, delivery, and installation activities.

• Warehousing includes the receipt, storage, and shipping of material.
• Delivery entails making customer deliveries.
• Installation includes project site shelving and appliance installation.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse:

• Accurately receive inbound materials.
