Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. in Rosemount, Minnesota is seeking dependable Production Associates to join a busy manufacturing operation. The rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule offers day shifts 4:45 AM–5:00 PM and night shifts 4:45 PM–5:00 AM, with a night differential of $1.30/hour.

Pay is $20.00 per hour, with shift differential after 5:00 PM. Duties include safety, teamwork, quality checks, forklift operation after training, and support across multiple plant areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to frequently lift and handle up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable in hot and cold industrial environments.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Training will be provided; previous manufacturing experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle and stack aluminum weighing approximately 28 pounds each.
• Perform quality inspections to verify products meet established standards.
• Operate forklifts and other plant equipment after completing required training.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and general plant operations.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with team members to maintain production flow and meet daily goals.
• Be prepared to work in different areas of the facility as production needs change.
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
