Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is hiring a Material Handler for a production facility in Clara City, MN. The role supports moving inventory and ensuring accurate documentation in a hot production area.

Shifts include Night Shift 6:00pm–6:00am with rotating schedule and Split Shift 12:00am–12:00pm. Pay is $20.00 per hour with required steel toe footwear and cross-training willingness.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in heat in a production area.
• Steel toe shoes required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Lift 50–55 pounds.
• Willing to cross train and help others when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and stretch wrapper per safety requirements.
• Control and move incoming and outgoing shipments of inventory to ensure paperwork matches the shipment.
• Performs incoming and outgoing truck inspections: inventory and cycle count sheets.
• Control and organize proper storage, labeling, and organize all received and finished products by lot, product, and customer.
• Communicate with Warehouse Lead on any out-of-spec product or damaged supplies and inform Warehouse Supervisor of replenishments.
• Clean work area and dispose of garbage/recycling in appropriate dumpster.
• Complete pre-shift forklift inspection before each shift.

The Material Handler is responsible for moving incoming/outgoing inventory throughout the plant and ensure accurate documentation of product movement.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift and stretch wrapper per safety requirements.
• Control and move incoming and outgoing shipments of inventory to ensure that the paperwork matches the shipment.
• Performs incoming and outgoing truck inspections: inventory and cycle count sheets.
• Control and organize proper storage, labeling, and organize all received and finished products by lot, product, and customer.
• Communicate with Warehouse Lead on any out-of-spec product or damaged/broken supplies to take appropriate action. Inform Warehouse Supervisor of any warehouse supplies that need to be replenished.
• Clean work area and dispose of garbage/recycling in appropriate dumpster.
• Complete pre-shift forklift inspection before each shift

Requirements:

• It becomes very hot in the production area, would need to be able to work in the heat
• Steel Toe shoes
• Forklift Certified preferred.
• Lift 50-55 pounds.
• Must be willing to cross train and help others when needed!
