Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is partnering with a reputable company to hire a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in Fridley, Minnesota on a direct-hire basis.

In this role you will lead day-to-day operations with the Warehouse Manager, ensure safe and accurate receiving, storage and shipping, and build a productive team that meets customer deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3-4 years of relevant warehouse experience and at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• High school diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
• Supervise daily operations to guarantee that products are delivered to the correct locations in the proper quantities
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse team members to build a strong and efficient workforce
• Monitor team performance and workflows to ensure efficiency and meet customer deadlines
• Manage inventory levels, allocate space for inventory rotation, and enforce measures to reduce product loss
• Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with other tasks as needed

Education

Associate's degree with 3-4 years of relevant warehouse experience and at least 1 year in a leadership role

Schedule

• Sunday-Wednesday 5:00pm-5:00am. (Every other Wednesday off!)
• 24/7 Flexibility coverage is needed.

Pay

$64,000-$80,000 a year!

Position Overview

We're seeking a hands-on and organized Warehouse Supervisor to help lead day-to-day operations in partnership with the Warehouse Manager. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of products in and out of the warehouse, maintaining safety standards, and supporting a productive team environment.
