Job summary

IQ Resource Group in Green Bay, WI is seeking reliable Material Handlers to join a busy warehouse team. The role includes forklift operation, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and assisting production. Shifts available: 1st and 2nd, Monday–Friday, with full-time hours.

You'll need a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and a valid driver's license. Prior forklift experience is strongly preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift experience strongly preferred (certification helpful but not required).
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in loud, fast-paced environments.
• Basic math and computer skills; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks (training provided if needed).
• Load/unload materials and move inventory throughout the facility.
• Use RF scanners and computer systems to track inventory.
• Assist with shipping paperwork, cycle counts, and stock rotation.
• Perform occasional line work or backup support as needed.
• Complete documentation and communicate with other shifts.
• Operate a yard truck (spotter) to move trailers on-site when required.

IQ Resource Group is looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join a busy warehouse team in Green Bay.

Position: Material Handler

Wage: $17.00–$19.00/hr (based on experience)

Location: Green Bay, WI

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00am–3:00pm, Mon–Fri
• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm–10:00pm, Mon–Fri

Job Summary: As a Material Handler, you’ll be responsible for moving raw materials, staging finished goods, and supporting both warehouse and production operations. This includes forklift driving, inventory work, and assisting with shipping and receiving. Shuttle driving and backup line support may also be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks (training provided if needed)
